How do I pay rent?

Rent should be paid through the secure online tenant portal using eCheck & credit card. The link is located on this page in the Menu at the Top & Bottom of the page.

Submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal, be sure to provide a detailed description of the issues along with pictures. For emergencies, call our 24/7 maintenance line.

Any alterations, painting, or improvements must be approved in writing by the property manager. Before you make any changes to the property be sure to review the lease and speak with your property manager.

We use a consistent screening process that reviews income, credit, rental history, and background criteria to help reduce risk and protect your investment.

Contact your property manager immediately so that the owner can be updated. In most case, the owner will likely be understanding and willing to work with you as a tenant. Late fees may apply as outlined in your lease, and communication can help avoid further issues.

You must submit written notice according to your lease terms. Depending on the terms this is usually 30 or 60 days before the end of your lease. Check page 1 of your Lease Agreement.
